Received a call today. The person on the line was insisting I donate over the phone to ILM UK. I told them I'd check the website first, but they kept pushing me to donate during the call. Definitely suspicious behavior.
This number just called me too, claiming to be a charity. They were extremely pushy about donating immediately. Felt very off. Blocked them.
Was called by this number saying they were from ILM UK and wanted my payment information. It felt off, especially when they insisted on doing it over the phone. Definitely feels like a scam.
I had the same experience - pushy caller from a supposed charity, trying to get my card details on the spot. The website looked real but the call felt wrong. I hung up.
I answered this call, and they said it was ILM UK asking for donations. The person on the other end wouldn’t take no for an answer. It felt weird, so I hung up. Sounded very pushy.
They called and said they were a charity and tried to convince me as hard as possible to donate rather than think about it. When I said no and hung up they called back. I blocked the number after that
Like others said, the lady called me from a number in London I don't know how she got my number but she said she was from the charity ILM UK. I searched it and it looked legit then she asked me for my debit card number cvv and address which made me a little suspicious. She sounded very genuine and the company looks legit however I did hang up anyways and donated elsewhere to a more reputable organisation.
