Called me 5 times, he had a Indian accent, said he was calling saying my phone was going to be disconnected in 5 days needed to send me a new SIM card confirmed the last 3 digit of my phone, can’t remember where he said he was calling from, but wanted me to confirm my email address I said no if you have it you confirm it, he said no I needed to do that. Was not happy with how the call was going so I stayed silent. He rang off then kept ringing back. I blocked the number. Definitely a scam.

Claimed to be Tesco Mobile. I ended the call and blocked.

I had a call from this number this morning with an on-screen warning that this was a scam. I didn't answer and will block the number.

Caller said he was from Tesco and that he wanted to supply me with a new sim card for my phone. He wanted my email address to 'confirm' he was speaking to the correct person. I asked him to give me the name of the person he thought he was talking to. He insisted I give him my email address first. Eventually I hung up but he rang me back insisting that there was 'nothing to worry about' I hung up telling him I would contact Tesco to check if call was genuine. Tesco confirmed they haven't tried to contact me.
