Some car insurance scam, unfortunately the caller held a lot of my personal data, which they recited back to me. They got miffed when I told them I wasn't old enough to own a car to warrant a claim. Very rude on the phone. Put the phone down on me when informed them I had just wasted their time. Second call today of this nature, please be aware that these scammers are also using native English people to conduct their scams so be careful!
