Loft Insulation scam. The AI voice gave it away. How do I know it was AI? Simple, just say random things when asked. (i.e. do not attempt to answer question). Then the AI will get confused and either carry on assuming you gave a positive answer or say something like "Can you repeat that please". Hear that a couple of times and you realise it's exactly the same phase being repeated to you. Try repeating it back to the AI yourself - that usually generates an interesting next line.
