A woman with a foreign accent claimed to be calling about car finance. When I said I had never had any, the call turned rude and aggressive.

Apparently PCP compensation. I asked where he was calling from and he said South Africa but main office in Manchester. When I said nit interested he spoke over me. I hung up and blocked his number.
