Called pretending to be from 3/Vodaphone to tell me I needed a new sim card.

Asked for security details to confirm it was me. Said I don't give details out via cold calls. They told me they already had my info. To which I started laughing then was asked what's funny and why did I answer the phone and started to get annoyed. To which I laughed harder. Then put the phone down.

Rung me answered they hung up. Pretty sure these cretins do this to see if your line is live then proceed to sell your details on.

Do absolutely nothing to stop these calls. Fed up with these people constantly waisting my time answering. Most are Asians so of course they are scammers. Never have issues with English speaking businesses

Ringing about boiler but would not say who was calling. Asking if I was the property owner. I hung up.

Caller insisted my energy supplier requested an urgent review. They couldn’t even name the supplier properly. The whole call felt like a scam attempt.
