Called my elderly father- luckily he did not answer- my parent’s phone is registered with TPS so these scammers should not be cold calling

this is a blocked number so I only received a notification that they had left me a voicemail, but the voicemail said thanks for calling please wait whilst we connect you.

From Govt home energy assessment company - allegedly. When I tried to explain I did not need it he repeated 'f**k off' multiple times. i put phone down very quickly.
