Called and said they were Sky maintenance and was going to reduce my payments for the Sky box maintenance from £143 per year to £98 per year. I told them I do not have sky maintenance, he said you do. I told him I was looking at the invoice from sky and there was nothing on there he said it was a hidden charge, that they don't tell us about. If I was to pay the £98 today by bills would be reduced. I said that this was not the case and he put the phone down

Called but something looked off searched the number up and came to this it’s sad but be careful people!!

Claimed to be amazon. Asked for 6 digit code- Amazon will NEVER call for this number. Then shouted at me to give the code saying you can give it to amazon. I said no again. They shouted why.. and I replied amazon will never call for number and they hung up. Claimed I had made a purchase for 500 quid obviously I haven't. Take care. Keep them on the line and play with them. Warn elderly or vulnerable.

Said they O2 and wanted to send a new SIM card and threatened to close my account if I didn't comply with their request to verify personal details. Reported to O2.
