Claimed to be Anna from O2. I put the phone down straight away and blocked the number.

Claiming to be from EE and that my sim was about to expire and they would send me new sim but wanted to confirm d.o.b and full address after sending text with one time pin to activate new sim but pressured me to do now as I only had 24 hours before my sim would be cancelled.At this point I hung up.

Couldn't pinpoint accent. Sounded like someone putting on a foreign accent as a joke. Knew my name and proceeded to say I had unpaid council tax bill.

I got a call from this number which went to voicemail. When I picked up the voicemail, all it said was "Goodbye". :-)
