rang me - Indian female accent - Asked how I doing, When i asked who it was they gave a garbled response - and would not identify themselves - busy office noise in background. I hang up and i have blocked the number

Wanted to know if I was Mr 'Suchabody', when I asked him to repeat he asked for my address at which time I told him to go away in no uncertain terms and put the phone down.
