Knew my name. Asked her questions how she got my no she did not answer. Think it us a person told her it is a scam she said it is not a scam. She kept saying you won tickets and you are happy say yes . Repeating herself. Maybe was a computer. Told them I am reporting to the police. Block definitely a scam as never take lottery tickets.

Fake caller pretending you have won lottery tickets.

Initially sounds like a real person who knows your name but then becomes computer generated voice - didnt listen to full message but hung up at "free Lotto tickets for this Friday's draw"! Obvious scam when you think about it but initially you think it is legit due to the first voice
