Phoned claiming to be representing a government agency Green Ecocentre. Claimed my address had come up on a database. Backed off when I pressed him to tell me the dress of the property.

I am receiving several calls a day from this (and similar numbers - all same area code but numerous combinations of the last four numbers.) All calls are from someone called Alan and regard foam insulation in the roof. I have blocked many numbers but they still keep coming. I have politely asked they remove my number but they still keep coming. Told them I am dealing with a recent bereavement but they still keep coming. It really does feel like harassment!
