Thankfully this number went straight to my answer service. I never answer any calls from numbers I don’t recognise.

Said she was calling from ‘my mobile provider’ and her system crashed when I asked who the provider was. Then called back to try and convince me it wasn’t a scam and she was just asking for feedback - at which point she did know my mobile provider.

Pretending to be 3 mobile without security checks and stating my sim will not work as of tomorrow. Stated they'll send out another sim. When I asked if she had my address she flustered and soon after she hung up.
