Looked up the number, came back as Royal Worcester Hospital. I don't live in Worcester or know anyone there. Probably scammers piggybacking on the number.

This is a completely legit call from Worcestershire Royal Hospital, in my case it was the same day emergency care unit or SDEC calling me to follow up a vist and referral. You can't call back unfortunately as its outbound calls only.

Think it is Worcester Royal but when you ring back it says we do not take calls so no message and you can not call back bit of a joke
