Received a call, no sound then a foreign voice asking if I was who I am, so sge had my name, but couldn't pronounce it.
Was a, landline number but sounded like she was outside in high winds somewhere. Definitely a scam.

Answered call but did not speak. Phone call ended with no conversation, number now blocked in my phone as believe it to be a spam call.
