Name was Sam said he was warm home

An operative, I think he called himself David, phoned 30 minutes ago. He asked how I was and I said not very well . He cut me short and said his window and door company was in my area [I've heard that many times before]. I was very clear and said I wasn't in the slightest bit interested in his windows or doors. He talked over me and continued reading his spiel. I said no again. He continued and I had only one choice which was to put the phone down. He was not at all respectful or concerned about my welfare.

Recorded message, the first thing it says is, "Hello can you hear me ok" whatever you do, do not say yes! The crafty so and so's are trying to record your voice for scamming purposes! Do not speak just listen, the call last about one minute. Better still if you don't recognise the number don't answer.
