Lady not English said I had problems with my Wi Fi which I told her I didn’t, she kept telling me I did. Asked her what she wanted me to do! Then hung up.

Guy called saying he was from BT Openreach and that someone was trying to get access to my internet. He gave me a code and asked me to do stuff on my computer as a means, he said, of verifying that he was genuine. I don't think he was genuine for one minute I'm pretty sure he was a scammer. He called me back on the above number but the original call was from 01491573990. I'll leave a report on that number too.
