Person posing as part of a heat assessment group with a local accent to build trust, right away inquired about property ownership status. When questioned further, the connection ended abruptly. This seems like a ploy to gather details for fraudulent purposes, and its frustrating how these operations persist despite regulations. People need to stay vigilant and report such incidents to authorities to reduce their impact on communities.

Supposedly Alex from the Heat Loss Team. Very British sounding accent to reassure victim (me) and immediately asked if I was the home owner. When I challenged him on the telephone code 01865 he announced that was all from him and hung up. Definitely a SPAM call and quite possibly a scam call.
