Do not answer but if you do, do not follow any instructions that are given during the call. It is a scammer trying to get you to make a payment over the phone and any notification of your bank details will cause you a bunch of headaches and losses. The HMRC would never do what the call asserts, at least in the way it is done in the call.

Seemed to be from hmrc saying that I had unpaid taxed, and that a warrant for my arrest had been issued. When connected to a person and I told them that’s not possible they said sorry to bother me and hung up.
