This number rang and asked if I was the homeowner, he said he was not selling anything but that my home (he gave the street name) was eligible for the new government grant to help insulate, I told him I was not interested as I had full cavity wall and loft insulation, he was persistent, so I told him again I was not interested and if he could take my phone number off his lust, I have now blocked his call
