Said there was a leak or something in the property, pressured me to sign up for repairs. In the middle of dinner, the phone buzzes with this unknown number. I answered out of curiosity, and they launched into a spiel about my supposed account problems. It went on for a few minutes with them trying different angles to get me to trust them. Eventually, I just ended the call and looked up the number online to confirm it was bad news.
