Loft insulation spam. I blocked the number.

Stating the name Ben and claimed to be about loft insulation, funny how i have a new build. Just asked am i the owner of the property, what is the loft used for and my age. Tried to call back and automated message which says welcome to energy dept, press 1 for an advisor, pressed 1 and then an automated message saying the same. Tried to hold and mentioned something about an advisor and thank you for calling. Somethings not quite right and hoping im not scammed!
