The voice is recorded but familiar, I think I've had a call from this voice before. Offering me a government grant for house insulation. Normally I cut a call like this quite quickly but I thought I'd stay on a bit longer. But after about 15 seconds the caller cut the line rather than me.

Acting like my broadband company, offered a better deal but needed bank details first. No way. This happened while I was trying to relax after a long day, and suddenly this call comes in. The voice was professional but something felt off from the start. They mentioned details that sounded personal but were probably guessed or looked up. I pretended to go along for a bit to see what they wanted, and sure enough, it was all leading to asking for passwords and account numbers. Glad I didnt fall for it.
