Phone call supposedly from Sky Insurance about my insurance for maintenance of all my TV's and associated electronic, equipment. I know that I done have any such insurance policy. The persons kept referring to me as 'mam' even though I'm a man. He told me I was paying by direct debit for this service, I have no such direct debits in place, and that they had 2 special offers for me one for 12 months and another for 2 years. I kept the fraudster and his supervisor on the phone for around 10 minutes. Hopefully, by doing this I spoilt their day a little.

SCAMMERS - pretending to be SKY. Keep phoning our business address claiming we have equipment with them due for renewal (we dont!) I dont know how many times we have politely asked them to take our number off their records and they dont... they insist on phoning us almost daily.

Trying to assure me that some television protection insurance or maintenance contract was due for urgent renewal. Flat refusal to say what address the reminders had been sent to. Rang off when I suggested that the call was a fraud
