This number called me once, I declined the call, then it immediately called me back, I declined it again, they called me back for a third time, I picked it up and nobody said anything on the other line it was just silent for like 2 seconds. I put down the phone and they didn't call back.

A man who sounded Asian was apparently calling from Sky to assist me with the breakdown of my equipment. I asked him if he was in England which he confirmed yes and I asked him if he’d heard of the telephone preference service and then he said oh, and hung up.
