Came up as suspected spam, I decided to answer and waste his time. Asian male, 'calling from 3 network', I said How is 3 today? He said, You don't know 3 then'. I said that I do know of them, but I suspect that you are just a scammer looking for my bank details, so I'm keeping you talking for as long as I can to help someone else. He denied wanting my bank details, so I asked why he was pretending to call from Ripon, when this tracing software tells me you're actually calling from, err, Mumbai. I now have your real number and the address of your call centre... he hung up. Made me smile, but still could be a threat to trusting souls.
