Spam - called twice over past week, when rejecting the call unknown UK mobile numbers instantly call directly after over and over

Called and said they are from Sky Promotions and said they are in partnership with Virgin Media.
Were offering some promotional discount on monthly bill, but then were trying to offer me a free iPad as refund for services I already paid.
I guess they were trying to get some bank account or something to refund me money.
