Caller claimed to be from the energy office posing as a nearby advisor all about pushing loft insulation upgrades with vague promises of rebates but when pressed for details it all fell apart no real program backing just a sales trap to get folks hooked on unnecessary installs that cost way more than advertised these energy cons are slick now blending official sounding talk with urgency to rush decisions before ya can double check with actual utilities saving headaches and wallets in the long run.
