Called claiming to be PCP verification, asking to verify my personal information, including name, date of birth, postcod, etc. Asking if my claim postcode is the same as my current one, but when I asked them to verify their identity to confirm any information they had for me including the finance company my cars were with, the woman kept talking over me and couldn't answer anything. She passed me on to her manager, where I explained my position, and then he proceeded to say 'Now can I talk after you've bombarded me?'. So I lost my cool and shouted an expletive at him before hanging up. They tried to call me back after, no doubt to give me abuse from looking at the other reports but I didn't answer.
