I didn't answer the call but have worked out from these comments what happened. I got an ad on TikTok to check whether you're eligible for a refund if your car was financed before 2021 (Martin Lewis has spoke about it, so I thought it was legit). I began filling in my details, then thought better of it, and closed it. I didn't submit the form, but they have clearly still captured the data, and I'm assuming that's what this is about. Would also assume it's likely spam from the other comments.
