He told me he was from 3network and wanted to reduce my bill then asked for my email adress. I realised if he was from 3 he would have my email adress. I can only assume he was going to ask for my bank details next too “Reduce my Bill” some hope more likely receive me of some money.

I didn't answer. Looked dodgy and probably a scam to be honest. Not risking it.
