The screening service blocks proper outreach from real donors and orgs just fine. But to tackle the fakes everyone needs to report incidents to the enforcers thats the real fix though it demands group action.

Contacted claiming from the coastal town and handing out no cost health aids. Pushed for details from my older parent nearly got through but we caught the setup these preys target the trusting elderly with false promises leading to id theft or worse always vet offers through official lines.
