"Sophie" called from Lloyds energy brokers. Heavy Indian accent, couldn't understand her. Telling me to provide her with information about our energy contract so she could offer best prices. Horrible tone, didn't want to engage but she was persistent. Awful to deal with, hung up. Definitely one to avoid.
