An automatic robotic voice , apparently my local energy consultant. When I asked who he worked for he got confused, when I asked if he was a robot, he took 10 seconds then said no.

Loft insulation scam yet again. Avoided, put the phone down on them.

These people are not only harassing but dangerous because they could scam people. I do not answer any phone call where I do not recognise the number and always then block them. They obviously take no notice of the Telephone Preference Service. Take note please Information Commissioner.
