received a call from a guy with an American accent. Said O2 own my network Three and he could offer me 40% off for my excellent payments including a brand new Iphone 16 max. Asked me what I paid monthly but clearly did not know what VAT is as he kept saying "plus AT" - then said I had correctly told him my monthly usuage on checking his data. When I said I had googled the number and it was coming up as spam he said he wasnt asking me to set any payments over the phone and said he would email me a link to set up direct debit on!!!!! Why would I need to do that when I already pay for my phone by direct debit!!

O2 scam - tried to get me to share the one time passcode. The text actually says do not share the code even with 02 staff so don’t tell them!
