The caller said he was Kevin and calling regarding a medical device. When I asked if the call was legitimate he got aggressive and rude. Clearly not genuine at all.

its a computer dialled number, so the telephonist knows nothing until the call goes through. Its the coldest of cold calls. and hung up as soon as they heard by questioning voice.
