Persistent calls daily, hold music when calling back.

Indian call centre, asking if I'm the homeowner, asking about my age, if retired, how old my windows, my doors, what they are made of etc. then asking about my roof... then said I quality for a free check/survey - all regarding supposed allocated funding for UK homes... to improve my home.
