I received an unsolicited telephone call from this number today. As it was just a standard landline call from a Manchester number, I had no reason to suspect anything when I answered. The call handler seemed personable and asked to speak to me by name. He then continued to ask me if all the repairs had been done on my home satisfactorily? I own my own property, and I'm not aware of any repair issues. It's open to the interpretation that this is a scam call, looking to make connections with people living in properties owned by housing associations and other registered social landlords who may have disrepair issues and probably might part with further personal information which could be dangerous or putting them at risk. When I said I owned my home, he dropped the call. I'm annoyed that he knew my name.
