Called twice in two days, hung up when questioned about legitimacy.

Many recent calls from numbers beginning 01594480---, all have the same "thank you for calling, please wait while we connect you" message. I have hung up at this point but they are becoming a persistent nuisance which is all the more annoying as I have both my landline and mobile numbers registered with the TPS so marketing companies should not be calling them.
