Claims to be contacting me about renewing Loft insulation which had last been done 5 years ago.- needs renewing. Let him ramble on and then told him I live in a first floor flat which does not have aloft. He Quickly hung up.

caller claimed marks and spencer link but dropped an old name i havent used in ages and the line showed a nearby spot i know aint real total phony setup to build trust fast

Young lady advised that we were out of contract for cover of TV equipment and whether I would be renewing, no knowledge of any contract . When I advised I wasn't aware and it would be "no" advised there would be a £3.24 cancellation fee. Asked them to provide a copy of the agreement, advised by individual they posted not emailed. Asked for the details of the email address and she was very confused asking if I wanted her email. We don't have TV cover and when challenged individual was "confused". Best to hang up and don't engage.
