Claimed to be processing a PCP claim but gave my husband's name and proceeded to talk to me (a female) about it. I kept them on the phone to see what nonsense they would spout. Kept sending links which I didn't click on. When he eventually realised I was winding him up his whole voice changed and he told me people like me are awful for wasting his time.
