A lady asked me if my fridge freezer was in working order and did I want to continue with the cover policy. As I explained I don’t have a policy for my fridge freezer she hung up on me. Totally weird and annoying

When I answered, no response, just rustling noises in background. Have had several of this type of call in the past few days - all from look like private numbers, but no response. I block them as I go, but worry I might miss a genuine caller. Totally infuriating.

Rude man with an extremely strong Asian accent, said my name wrong, the line was so bad I couldn’t make out half of what he was saying! Said they had been given information that I had a lot of unsecured debts in my name that I was struggling to pay, I asked where he got the ingormation, where the line goes bad again, so I cannot hear what he says!! I reply ‘no I don’t’ and hung up, number blocked, although I’ve had a glut of these calls over the last few weeks, all from different numbers!!

Person with strong accent asked about finance on cars, could not even pronounce my name right. Not genuine.
