Something to do with an 'energy grant' but as soon as I sounded doubtful she hung up on me.

This number rang claiming they’re from the energy department with a great deal on bills. They mentioned follow-up calls might come from 01594480401, which I later found reported as a scam too. They pushed hard for my bank details to enroll in a supposed savings plan. It felt like a fraud from the start, so I hung up. Don’t trust these numbers, they’re likely after your money or info.
