Called claiming to be Three, asked what phone I had, when I said iPhone they hung up. Strange accent.

The person who called had a strange accent with poor English pronunciation. They asked me to confirm my number but gave me the last 3 digits, and asked for further ID. The caller claimed to be from 3 mobile but it sounded fishy by telling me I no longer needed to pay my bill. I honestly suspect that this is a scam.
