I missed this call so called back. The company is called Reconnect Team. Pressed 2 as instructed to opt out but was nevertheless put through to someone who was going on about a government scheme!

Frequent calls from this number and other numbers that leave voicemails only saying “Thank you” or “cute”. As soon as I block one number, I get a call from another doing a similar thing.
