Got a call from this number saying they were from my bank. I hung up and called the bank directly, and they confirmed it was a fraud attempt.

They left a voicemail about suspicious activities on my account. Pretty sure it’s a scam, didn’t call back.

Recorded message "This is your bank, there have been two suspicious transactions..." Obvious scam but does anyone fall for it.

This is a genuine private subscriber number being falsely sent out as a caller-ID by 'phone spoofing - presumably as means of scam trace blocking. The subscriber whose number it is has complained to their comms provider.
