Every other day same call offering loft insulation.Repeatedly asked them to stop calling as i'm an housing association tenant and I cant authorize any work to be taken,they just hang up.Then the next couple days same again.

Yet another call from 'David' your local energy advisor. I told him he wasn't and that calls to this number are being monitored. He carried on regardless until I insisted he wasn't a local energy advisor and that he was making calls to TPS registered numbers illegally at which point he politely wished me 'a good day' and hung up! Fourth call in a week from 'David' previously known as 'Jane' who I assume has gone on holiday or is busy getting her children ready for the new school year. All from different numbers. Have blocked this using BT 1572.

Repeatedly calls us re solar panels. She is usually called Jane. I question whether the person may be AI as the person talks over you like they can't hear you or don't understand you (or she is incredibly rude!). She has just phoned me now and I told her that she is breaking the law, she put the phone down, but I got the distinct impression it was automated in some way, like it wasn't a real person there? Bloody nuisance!

Said he was David from a windows and doors company. Told him to stop scamming and hung up.
