Similar to all others, unsolicited from our local "energy adviser" ... and yes, assumption that I was the property owner! Probably automated up to that point but didn't wait for anymore, just "no thank you" and put the phone down.

Phone call out of the blue - expecting the Vet or a nurse to call to confirm appointment time - instead perfectly crisply-spoken woman offering Energy Savings, who seemed very convinced I was the home owner even though I did not announce my name and it is another member of the family who owns this property, also residing at this address.
