Do not listen to this guy he is a total con artist says he is speaking from Dorset yet the phone call listed Liverpool just put the phone down

Indian male called today said can he speak to me (said my name) I presumed it was scam and said he doesn't live here. The man then hung up.

Called advised from a medical association. Knew my last name. Said I qualified for a personal alarm, that I’d need to wear around my neck in case of emergencies. Told them I didn’t require any of their stuff & hung up. Blocked number! Someone who does need support could be easily taken in by calls like this & provide personal dets/info. Damned nuisance & the Gov should be doing more to ban/fibe them for harrassment!

Some guy called asking if he was speaking to my mom, but totally botched her name. Kept pushing for personal info, which felt super off. Not sure what they were after, but it was creepy and unwanted.
