Scammers, claiming you owe money to the national grid, screamed the n word over the phone when I claimed I knew it was a scam

Claimed to be calling from the energy department about a loft insulation scheme. The caller pushed for personal details and said I qualified for funding. It sounded very suspicious and not like a genuine provider.
